How to join VHBA
Valley Home Builders Association has three primary membership
types --
Builder: Any person, partnership,
corporation or other business entity that is in the business of
shelter construction, remodeling or land development. Builder
members must hold the State of Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor and
Dwelling Contractor Qualifier credentials as well as complete a
prescribed course in Ethics, Contracts & Liens.
Associate: Any person, partnership,
corporation or other business entity engaged in any trade, industry
or profession related to shelter construction, remodeling or land
development.
Affiliate: Any individual who is an
employee of a VHBA Builder or Associate member firm as defined
above.
Membership in VHBA is a privilege, and all members agree to
abide by the association's By-Laws, Code of Ethics and policies.
Applicants for membership are carefully reviewed and must be
approved by the VHBA Board of Directors. Membership dues are $495
(a portion of which is retained by VHBA, and portions of which are
forwarded to the Wisconsin Builders Association and the National
Association of Home Builders for membership in those organizations
as well). There is a one-time $30 application processing fee.

the State of WI Dwelling Contractor and Dwelling Contractor
Qualifier credentials, and the member must complete the VHBA

of your membership status or where you stand in completing either
of these requirements, please contact Megan Lindsey at 920-731-7931
or megan@vhba.com.
