Valley Home Builders Association (VHBA) serves the communities in which its members work and live through projects, scholarships, donations and more.

The VHBA Fund of the Wisconsin Builders Foundation is the association's 501(c)(3) philanthropic arm. Donations to the VHBA Fund are tax deductible chartiable contributions to the extent allowable by law.

Through the VHBA Fund, the association provides scholarships to area students, tool grants to local schools and financial gifts to housing-related charities throughout the Fox Valley region.

Recent charitable organizations receiving grants from Valley Home Builders Association include:

* Habitat for Humanity

* Rebuilding Together

In 2005, VHBA held a special fundraising drive, raising $15,000 for Hurricane Katrina relief. The Lousiana Home Builders Association (LHBA) Relief Fund received this grant. With it, LHBA will assist its members in rebuilding their businesses so reputable, skilled professionals will be able to help the state's residents rebuild their homes.
