| Why do Builders Join? |
 |
 |
| Industry Information |
| In addition to national and state publications, you'll receive vital local industry and Association news each month in the Valley Builder. The three associations provide you with access to the latest in research, products, technology, techniques, regulations, etc. When new regulations are approved, or critical information on a product becomes known, the Association alerts you to the information you need to know that impacts your daily business activities. Conventions and courses are presented for members throughout the year. |
 |
| Marketing |
| No other association in the area provides the mechanism for you to showcase your home and products to more than 8,000 potential clients in less than 10 days! The Parades of Homes and the Parade of Condos, held in February, May and August, combine the Association's marketing and financial resources to promote your company. The Association also hosts a home show annually, drawing 3,000 to 5,000 home owners and home buyers to the event. |
 |
| In Support of the Industry |
| Your dues dollars help support and protect the industry that puts food on your plate. The Association serves as a watch dog of the industry, keeping tabs and proactively acting on issues ranging from OSHA and building codes to land use and anti-growth. |

| Reference Guides |
| The Directory of VHBA Members and Government Officials is a valuable resource - it lists our entire membership alphabetically and by specialty, as well as elected officials and contacts for area municipalities. This publication is complimentary for members. Advertising is also permitted in the publications. |

Events and meetings also enable you to meet with suppliers, subcontractors and service providers in a relaxed, non-solicitous atmosphere. |
