Any person, partnership, corporation or other business entity that is in the business of shelter construction, remodeling, or land development. Dues include membership in the National Association of Home Builders, Wisconsin Builders Association and Valley Home Builders Association. Please complete and send in Builder Application, NAHB Membership Codes and Member Classifications forms to apply.

Associate Member - $420     Click here for Associate application

Dues include membership in the National Association of Home Builders, Wisconsin Builders Association and Valley Home Builders Association. Affiliate Member - $80      Click here for Affiliate application 
Any individual who is an employee of a VHBA Builder or Associate member firm as defined above. Dues include membership in the National Association of Home Builders, Wisconsin Builders Association and Valley Home Builders Association.
 
Dues payments are not deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deducted as an "ordinary and necessary" business expense.
