Construction Industry Quality Standards

The Construction Industry Quality Standards Manual is a valuable tool for builders and consumers. It serves as a guide to acceptable building practices, both through the introductory material provided for each trade area and in the quality standards themselves. In the event of questions or disputes regarding construction issues, VHBA members are held to these standards.
